We are currently searching for an expert Global Marketing Manager, Digital Pathology to join our Global Commercial marketing team. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans and coordinating marketing programs and campaigns that promote the Pathology portfolio.

As the Global Marketing Manager, Digital Pathology your programs will generate demand through innovative marketing strategies that grow our business and expand our market share. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in the pathology market, as well has proven success in developing and executing on marketing campaigns in support of product launches and commercialization.

The right candidate for this role will strategically collaborate with divisional product marketing teams and leaders across the organization to develop business cases and strong campaign plans. This candidate will additionally report the success of tactics within their marketing campaigns to management. This role reports to the Global Commercial Marketing Director, Cancer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build innovative marketing programs and campaigns in strong collaboration with the product marketing organization to grow our pathology business
  • Coordinate campaign development and deployment, align deployment and deliver updates to global field marketing and product management counterparts
  • Collaborate with global field marketing to: analyze related competitive information, market, and customer datafacilitate effective program development that meets multi-regional needsensure global efficacy of programs and align execution
  • Collaborate with product managers, other DGG commercial marketing MPMs, and marketing communications professionals to develop product messaging, translating it into marketing collateral and commercialization plans
  • Coordinate with other Agilent divisions and functions to align programs as well as support the synergistic overall cancer marketing message and strategy
  • Report and supervise campaign performance to commercialization and product marketing management, suggest and implement improvements to optimize campaign ROI, and improve business impact
  • Support the product marketing team with the planning and development of key marketing materials such as digital assets, brochures, data sheets, and posters

Secondary Locations Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, genetics, or other related field
  • Professional coursework in marketing, MBA preferred
  • Background in Pathology and at least 4-years’ experience in a marketing role in pathology
  • (through education or field experience)
  • Experience developing global marketing programs to drive demand for new and existing products, & working with global counterparts
  • Effective project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop, lead and align campaigns and programs around corporate and divisional strategic objectives
  • Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, multifaced, creative with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communicator with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization and across various geographies
  • Business related digital literacy including knowledge with PowerPoint, Excel, WebEx, Google Analytics, and various CRM software solutions
  • Travel up to 25% to meet with customers and/or represent Agilent at internal and external events
