Full Job Description
You will work closely with the other members of the central implementation team and local pathology departments to develop process changes as required and implement lasting change with a clear understanding of the case for change and benefits, and the realisation of these benefits.
You will be responsible where necessary to develop and deliver appropriate training, cascade and support material to accompany changes, develop appropriate skill levels and ensure business change is effectively embedded across the GM Pathology network.
You will have considerable experience already at this level, and a thorough knowledge of Pathology networks and Digital Pathology, with wide experience of delivering transformational programmes in a diagnostic setting.
The Greater Manchester Digital Pathology Business Change Manager is an integral role within the Greater Manchester Digital Pathology Central Implementation Team and will form part of the overall Greater Manchester Pathology Network programme team.
The post holder will be responsible for contributing to the implementation of the Greater Manchester Digital Pathology solution and provide subject matter expertise to drive, maintain and optimise the system across the Greater Manchester Pathology Network.
The Greater Manchester Digital Pathology Business Change Manager will act as the key link between system supplier, local operational services, and other GM digital teams to ensure that the GM Digital Pathology solution is implemented, and infrastructures are fully maintained.
The post holder will work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders to assist with the Digital Pathology implementation at pace which has been agreed and adopted across the GM Pathology network members.
The role will provide significant business change management processes to support system integration and sharing of technical knowledge to local system managers and wider Pathology service personnel.
