The market for digital pathology image analysis is expanding rapidly, and Visiopharm has ambitious global growth goals. With our ambitions comes the need for legal support and we are therefor looking to strengthen our legal department through a Legal Student Assistant.
Your tasks would be
As our Legal Student Assistant, you will get acquainted with various and multiple disciplines within the Legal discipline and work area. The role is broad, and you will have the opportunity to shape it depending on your skills set and preferences, however the administrative work around streamlining and automating our processes is a priority. Your key tasks could be within the below legal areas:
- Corporate law
- Contracts and NDA’s
- Contract management system
You will be supporting our Legal Counsel by reviewing documents, structuring, and organizing documents and data, implementing and maintaining the Contract Management System etc. Additionally, you will help the team provide legal advice within a multi-jurisdictional company. There is amble opportunity to pursue interests in more specific areas for the right candidate.
Your profile and qualifications
You are currently studying Law (stud.jur) or Business Law (HA/merc.jur). We prefer if you have more than 1.5 year left of your studies. We imagine that you are a bright student, who tend to be curious, flexible and eager to learn. You are definitely structured, detail oriented, service-minded and proactive by nature. As we are an international software company, and it is a requirement that you are proficient in both Danish and English, written and orally.
The work hours are flexible, but we need your assistance min. 15 hours a week with a start date as soon as possible. We are of course understanding when it comes to your study-related activities and exams. Our HQ offices are located in DTU Science Park, Hørsholm, and busses from Nørreport will take you straight to our front door. Also, remote work is possible. And did we mention that our lunch is really good, and our humor is not that bad but very important to us.
