In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better
As an experienced, entrepreneurial and high-level sales person you will be responsible for maximizing order intake, sales, price realization and customer satisfaction in your region. By establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships with various stakeholder groups at key sites, you will drive market visibility to ensure the long-term growth and profitability of your region.
You will be responsible for sales of our Laboratory Informatics Solution and our Digital Pathology Solution, both part of Precision Diagnosis at Philips. Laboratory Informatics provides a suite of modules that are capable to support the workflow of clinical laboratories. It harmonizes production, processes and resources and is based on an open data platform to collaborate with other laboratories. The Digital Pathology Solution from Philips encompasses scanning, storage, integration, workflow optimization, analytics and artificial intelligence with a focus on diagnostics in Pathology Labs.
You are responsible for
Maximizing order intake, sales (incl. services contracts) and price realization within the Benelux region.
Mapping out territory and identifying market potential.
Driving market visibility by frequent customer visits, product demonstrations, evaluations, seminars, and congresses.
Maintaining superior relationships at multiple levels within accounts, including executive level.
Development and implementation of account plans and regional strategy.
Maintaining an accurate account, opportunity, and funnel data via online management.
Analyzing won deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends, and communicate winning tactics with colleagues.
Developing relationships and collaboration with partners where required.
alignment of all customer facing staff active at account level.
You are a part of
The Health systems Market Benelux organization. You will report to the Benelux Sales Director Healthcare IT. You will have frequent exposure to senior management and ability to communicate at Philips MT level.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
BSc/MSc degree education or equivalent and extensive sales training.
3-5 years strong and proven track record in Sales, preferably in more than one field and at hospital CEO/CIO management level.
Experience in Healthcare IT and high-end solution sales.
Clearly apparent drive and passion, with intense desire for success.
Aspirations to grow within Philips as part of an expanding team.
Fluent in Dutch and English verbal and written.
