The Analytics module works seamlessly with Synapse® Pathology and across the rest of the Synapse® Enterprise Imaging Solution. Offering advanced data integration, transformation, and visualisation. By integrating and combining any data source, utilising data transformation and normalisation, we can offer simple data views designed for analysis or highly configurable, visual analytics dashboards. Whatever your requirements, our platform is designed to meet your needs.

This modern and web-based application integrates and surfaces data from any source, with the ability to build intuitive visual dashboards, these can be saved to view privately or shared for review with other colleagues.

Anonymiser

De-identification of whole slide images.

The Anonymiser module works in conjunction with Synapse® Pathology to allow for de-identification for patient identifiable data (PID) in the whole slide image (WSI). This module can be combined with our Router workflow module to allow for simple routing of anonymised WSI. The Anonymiser watches a source folder for WSI to anonymise, which can be manually or automatically triggered.

The Anonymiser module includes native file support for 3DHistech DICOM, Hamamatsu NPDI, and Aperio SVS formats, with a full audit layer included.

Orchestrator

Automated and customisable AI workflow

The Orchestrator module works in conjunction with Synapse® Pathology to give you full control and customisation of your AI workflow. This module allows for fully automated AI workflow, with whole slide images (WSI) routed based on a rule’s engine, with the ability to utilise complex routing rules to route WSI to multiple AI vendors. The Orchestrator enables on-demand export of single cases to AI, includes a full audit and status update for studies that have been sent for analysis, while featuring a simple and easy to use rules engine UI designs for System Admins. Manage AI workflow and integration with Synapse® Pathology from a single location, while integrating with any number of algorithms, before the system presents AI findings back to the viewer and clinician.

Reporting

Intelligent and efficient reports with a simple editable interface.

The Reporting module works across both our Radiology and Pathology solutions. Offering a highly intuitive, interoperable, and customisable web-based reporting platform, our Reporting module underpins the creation of efficient and standardised diagnostic reports with a simple user-friendly application.

Integration with any data source allows you to produce data driven, automatic report generation which can be designed for your needs. Utilising the latest technologies, with active development and constantly delivering high-value features, our solution is set to support the global Pathology market and can be quickly and easily installed on any existing Synapse® Pathology installation.

Saving time by increasing your clinical reporting efficiency, allowing users to onboard with minimal training, the fully customisable reporting templates are aligned with RCPath proformas and SNOMED requirements to fulfil COSD submissions.

Router

Route whole slide images to rule based destinations.

The Router module works in conjunction with Synapse® Pathology to allow you to route whole slide images (WSI) to destinations based on rules. This workflow module can be used in collaboration with our Anonymiser module to enable routing of anonymised WSIs. Utilising the Synapse® Pathology Gateway and its rules engine to help direct WSI data to different destinations. This module is designed for routing imaging assigned to a specific user or to a defined destination such as ‘outsourcing’.
