Jennifer Fralick
Vice President of Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Laboratories at Stanford Health Care, where she oversees all Stanford Medicine laboratory operations across the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, she has led major strategic initiatives, including the implementation of two Digital Pathology platforms, a comprehensive scanner ecosystem, and Beaker AP. Under her leadership, Stanford’s pathology and laboratory services expanded significantly to meet rising testing volumes and supported the growing complexity of molecular, genetic, and genomic diagnostics. She also played a central role in establishing and scaling Stanford’s COVID‑19 response.
Before joining Stanford, Jennifer built a reputation as a highly regarded program manager at multiple academic medical centers. Her work included leading large‑scale implementations such as Radiology PACS systems, Epic, and automated chemistry lines—projects that required deep technical expertise, operational insight, and cross‑disciplinary coordination.
Outside of her professional work, Jennifer is an avid cyclist and runner.

Jonathan Shoemaker
Jonathan Shoemaker is an accomplished healthcare technology leader with nearly 30 years of experience advancing enterprise imaging, workflow modernization, and clinical informatics across major academic medical centers. As Executive Director of Imaging Systems and Services at Stanford Health Care, he oversees a broad imaging portfolio and led the design of a highly resilient enterprise imaging platform that supports AI, machine learning, and real‑time research integration. Recently Mr. Shoemaker’s portfolio architected the latest Digital pathology platform that enables a full dicom deployment and informatics normalization model into Stanford digital pathology.
Previously, at Sutter Health, Jonathan directed one of the nation’s largest deconstructed PACS implementations, consolidating 54 medical record systems and migrating 2PB of imaging data while building a new enterprise imaging support organization. His earlier consulting and engineering roles—spanning Ascendian Healthcare Consulting and GE Healthcare—shaped his reputation as a national expert in imaging architecture, VNA strategy, workflow optimization, and complex multi‑system integration.

Rebecca Rojansky
Dr. Rebecca Rojansky, MD. PhD. is Associate Director for Clinical Pathology Informatics and Assistant Professor of Pathology at Stanford University School of Medicine. She is a practicing molecular and hematopathologist. Her work focuses on digital and computational pathology, artificial intelligence, and clinical informatics infrastructure to enable precision diagnostics.
