HistoWiz is excited to announce a new collaboration with OriGene, a leading supplier of research antibodies and molecular biology tools. Through this partnership, a curated list of OriGene’s antibodies is now integrated into HistoWiz’s PathologyMap™ platform, giving researchers streamlined access to validated reagents directly within their digital pathology workflow.
PathologyMap™, HistoWiz’s digital pathology image management platform, enables scientists to centralize, annotate, and securely share whole slide images across teams and institutions. The integration of HistoWiz-prevalidated markers from the OriGene antibody catalog enhances the platform’s functionality by offering a seamless path to reagent selection—complete with high-resolution, pre-stained control images for each antibody.
In addition, OriGene now features the PathologyMap™ platform directly on its antibody product pages, providing users with interactive, full-slide images of each antibody’s performance on control tissues.
“OriGene is thrilled to team up with IHC expert HistoWiz to showcase the high quality of our IHC antibodies against key diagnostic biomarkers, such as MAGEA4, CD163, Ki67, LGR5, KRAS, CD68, CD45, and CD1c. We are excited to expand the collaboration by validating more IHC antibodies”, said Dr. Xuan Liu, Senior VP, OriGene. “The ability to replace static snapshots with a fully interactive pathology viewer offers tremendous new value for researchers evaluating antibody suitability.”
“We’re proud to partner with OriGene to bring even more value to our user community,” said Jerry Kuang, Chief Operations Officer, HistoWiz. “This integration supports our goal of accelerating scientific discovery by reducing the friction in histopathology workflows.”
This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to innovation and researcher empowerment, helping scientists streamline experimental planning and reduce turnaround time.
