TruSight Comprehensive (EU)

TruSight Oncology Comprehensive (EU) is a CE-marked in vitro diagnostic (IVD) next-generation sequencing -based CGP for analyzing > 28 solid tumor types using minimal tissue.

Using the Illumina NextSeq 550Dx, TSO Comprehensive is intended as a companion diagnostic (CDx) test to identify cancer patients with solid tumors who are positive for NTRK1, NTRK2, or NTRK3 gene fusions for treatment in accordance with approved therapeutic labeling.1,2
