Kelly Frankenfield, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Pathology Operations, overseeing cytology, histology, gross rooms, and administrative staff. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Cytology from Thomas Jefferson University and her Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Management from Fitchburg State University. She also holds a CT (ASCP) certification.

Elizabeth Moy, MHS, PA(ASCP), is a Certified Pathologists’ Assistant with more than 15 years of surgical pathology experience. She earned her Master’s degree from Drexel University and has worked at URMC Highland Hospital, Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, and HNL Lab Medicine, where she has spent the past nine years. Her expertise includes specimen accessioning, laboratory information systems (LIS), gross examination of routine and complex specimens, intraoperative consultations, quality control, and gross room operations. Having worked in both community hospitals and large healthcare networks, Elizabeth brings a broad range of experience and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
Sajjad Masood Malik, MD

Dr. Sajjad Malik is Medical Director of Digital Pathology at HNL Lab Medicine and a board-certified anatomic and clinical pathologist. He earned his MD from Drexel University College of Medicine, completed his AP/CP residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he served as chief resident, and completed a surgical pathology fellowship at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Dr. Malik has played a central role in HNL’s implementation and expansion of digital pathology and brings a clinical perspective on remote review, collaboration, workflow transformation, and emerging AI applications.
