Product Description

Clinically-validated & CE- marked AI software for prostate cancer*

Higher efficiency and accuracy in pathologic diagnoses

DeepDx® Prostate analyzes digitized images of H&E stained prostate needle biopsy slides to detect areas of cancer and grade its severity based on the Gleason Scoring System. In a clinical validation study, its performance was demonstrated to provide specialist-level support to pathologists. Extensively tested at a US CLIA lab (>500k cores as of June 2021), DeepDx® Prostate can alleviate the challenges in pathology to meet increasing demands due to the shortage of pathologists and the increasing workloads, while reducing diagnostic subjectivity and variability.

Specification: 99% sensitivity x 97% specificity x AI result in 30 sec (per core)

Use Cases

DeepDx® Prostate can be used in a variety of use settings including first read, concurrent read, quality control, and research and development

Key Features

  • Colored overlays for each Gleason pattern, at the gland-level: DeepDx® Prostate highlights the Gleason pattern 3, 4, and 5 of the cancerous lesions generating 3 different colored overlays on the slide images
  • Tumor & Pattern Quantification: The proportions of each Gleason pattern out of the total tumor area and tumor-to-tissue ratios are automatically quantified
  • Auto Length Measurement: Automatic measurements of total tissue and total tumor lengths are generated.
  • Annotation: Annotation tool allows the user to comment, draw, or revise the AI results. Quantitative metrics such as tumor-to-tissue ratios and Gleason pattern ratios are recalculated real-time as annotations are made.
