Make data entry easier by automatically adding information from your LIS system using 1D barcodes or parsing information directly from 2D barcodes.

Search, sort, and filter slides from any data, and quickly add selected slides to temporary trays for future examination.

COLLABORATE SECURELY

Add new collaborators and assign role-based access permissions to view or edit a set of images.

Collaborators can view or modify patient/specimen data, slide data and attachments, comments, annotations, image analysis mark-ups, and analysis results.

Conferencing allows collaborators to draw annotations, view multiple slides, and review specific regions of interest in real time while seeing the same field of view.

ANALYZE REMOTELY

Compatible with most digital slide formats, including brightfield and fluorescence. Slides can be viewed, analyzed and annotated within the integrated viewer.

Images, annotations, markups and analysis are fully connected across applications, and edits from either will be visible in both HALO and HALO Link.

VISUALIZE TRENDS

Plot image analysis data across a study to QC the data or to evaluate trends.

Each point on the interactive scatterplot is linked back to the original image, allowing users to open and review markup images and analysis results for outliers in a single click.
