Rob Monroe, MD, PhD, VP & Chief Scientific Officer, Oncology, Danaher Diagnostics, Chief Medical Officer, Leica Biosystems
Rob joined Danaher in January 2022 to help drive oncology initiatives for the Diagnostics Platform and lead Medical Affairs at Leica Biosystems. Over the course of his career, Rob has served in multiple Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director roles for diagnostics companies including Bio-Techne, Advanced Cell Diagnostics, Veracyte, and BioImagene. Before joining industry, Rob practiced pathology in the Central Coast of California following residency/fellowship training in Pathology at UCLA and Stanford and MD/PhD training at Harvard Medical School.

Bryce Brown, Director, Product Management, Leica Biosystems
Bryce Brown is an accomplished leader in digital pathology and molecular diagnostics, currently serving as Director of Product Management, Digital Pathology at Leica Biosystems. With over a decade of experience at Leica Biosystems, Bryce has held multiple strategic roles, including leadership in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, where he helped shape product innovation across remote teams in the U.S.. Bryce has also worked as a Cytogenetic Hematological Chromosome Technologist at the Mayo Clinic, where he contributed to high-impact clinical diagnostics in hematological disorders. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Winona State University.
