DeepDx® Breast – Resection
DeepDx® Breast – Resection is a screening solution that can automatically detect areas of interest on breast resection WSIs. The algorithm shows IDC (Invasive Ductal Carcinoma) and DCIS (Ductal Carcinoma in Situ) areas with colored overlays, as well as tumor-to-tissue ratio. It demonstrated 0.9 IoU in IDC detection and substantial IoU in DCIS detection when compared to a board-certified pathologist’s diagnosis.
